2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Pinch of salt
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Skewer sticks
In a deep plate, mix together the maple syrup, vinegar, ginger, and salt to make a marinade.
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place in the marinade. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Thread the chicken strips onto the skewer sticks, one per stick.
Heat a large skillet with cooking spray oil. Place the chicken 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden.
