Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Skewer sticks

Preparation:

  • In a deep plate, mix together the maple syrup, vinegar, ginger, and salt to make a marinade.

  • Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and place in the marinade. Let rest for 30 minutes.

  • Thread the chicken strips onto the skewer sticks, one per stick.

  • Heat a large skillet with cooking spray oil. Place the chicken 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden.
