This smoothie incorporates fruit, vegetables, and dairy. It’s refreshing and can serve as a snack option.

100 gr. of ripe melon cubed
1 small orange peeled and cut
50 gr. of raw spinach
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
10 ice cubes
Place the melon, orange, and spinach in a blender (in that order). The melon has enough liquid to blend everything well. Blend until everything is combined and liquid.
Add the yogurt and ice cubes to the green base, blend until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve in a glass.
