Grams of fat: 12 gr. equivalent to 2 portions of fat
Grams of carbohydrates: 10 gr. equivalent to 1/2 portion of vegetable
Grams of protein: 22 gr. equivalent to 3 portions of protein

2 thin slices of ham (turkey, chicken, or pork)
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
15 small pieces of asparagus (canned or fresh)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a muffin tray, spray 3 compartments and place the ham in each one forming a basket.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs (scrambled), add salt and pepper to taste.
Distribute the egg equally among the 3 ham baskets.
Cut the asparagus into small pieces and place 4 to 5 pieces in each basket.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, you can leave them until the edges of the ham brown. Remove and serve.
