Ingredients:

  • 1 large bell pepper

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives

  • 1 tablespoon of crispy bacon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Cut the bell pepper in half, removing the top along with the seeds. Set aside.

  • With a fork, mash the remaining ingredients until you obtain a paste and everything is well mixed.

  • Fill each bell pepper half with the egg salad, garnish with chives and bacon.

  • Serve
