3 cups of romaine lettuce
8 cherry tomatoes (the small ones)
30 gr. of gouda cheese
14 gr. of pecans
14 gr. of cranberry or regular raisins
1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
Place the chopped lettuce and whole tomatoes on a plate.
Cut the 30 gr of gouda cheese into cubes.
Place the pecans, cheese, and raisins on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle the salad with the syrup.
