This salad is perfect to pair with a pork or chicken tenderloin. It is somewhat high in caloric content, so keep this in mind when consuming it.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of romaine lettuce

  • 8 cherry tomatoes (the small ones)

  • 30 gr. of gouda cheese

  • 14 gr. of pecans

  • 14 gr. of cranberry or regular raisins

  • 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup

Preparation:

  • Place the chopped lettuce and whole tomatoes on a plate.

  • Cut the 30 gr of gouda cheese into cubes.

  • Place the pecans, cheese, and raisins on top of the lettuce.

  • Drizzle the salad with the syrup.
