This idea seemed very different and innovative to me. It's a way to consume fat and fruit at the same time, so we must be careful with the portions we use because it will always provide us with a certain amount of calories.

1 large box of strawberries, washed and stemmed
3 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 bars of unsalted butter at room temperature.
In a food processor, place the strawberries and puree them. Then strain them with a colander and place them in a small pot.
Add the honey and lemon juice to the strawberries and bring to a boil, stirring for 3 minutes or until thick.
Remove the mixture from heat and let cool.
Then in a deep bowl place the butter and strawberry mixture and cream (using a hand mixer) until well combined.
Leave the butter covered in a cold place (refrigerator) for one hour so the flavors settle.
Enjoy!!!
