4 tablespoons almond butter
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup almonds and walnuts finely chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 large apple
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 4 dessert plates by placing 1 tablespoon of almond butter on each one.
In a deep bowl combine the oats, coconut, seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and the honey.
Wash, remove the seeds and cut the apple into small cubes, in a bowl mix the apple with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg, and cardamom.
Divide the apple equally among the 4 plates. Then cover equally with the oat mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
