This recipe is for a single serving but can be adapted to make several. Very easy to make, it can serve as a snack or dessert, keeping in mind that it is high in carbohydrate content. Additionally, it contains no eggs or butter, making it a bit lighter with a delicious texture.

Calories: 180 kcal.
Grams of fat: 1 gr.
Grams of protein: 4 gr. equivalent to half a protein serving
Grams of carbohydrates: 40 gr. equivalent to 2.5 carbohydrate servings

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon molasses
1 pineapple slice (can be canned)
1 strawberry for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix in a deep bowl the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Then add the milk, vanilla, honey, and molasses. Combine until forming a cake batter.
In a dessert plate (individual) place the pineapple slice, and then put the cake mixture on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, unmold and serve!
