Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken

  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot

  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  • 2 teaspoons light ranch dressing

  • 1 hamburger bun

  • 1 lettuce leaf

Preparation:

  • In a deep bowl, combine the chicken, carrot, and barbecue sauce.

  • Spread the ranch dressing on each side of the hamburger bun.

  • Place the chicken mixture and lettuce leaf on one bun half, then top with the other bun half.
