1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons light ranch dressing
1 hamburger bun
1 lettuce leaf
In a deep bowl, combine the chicken, carrot, and barbecue sauce.
Spread the ranch dressing on each side of the hamburger bun.
Place the chicken mixture and lettuce leaf on one bun half, then top with the other bun half.
