4 tomatoes cut in half
1/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of fresh oregano, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon of salt
pepper to taste
4 teaspoons of olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the tomatoes face up on a baking sheet.
Cover each half with Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper, they should all have the same amount of ingredients.
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil, and put in the oven.
Bake until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
