This dressing is a healthy alternative for those who love seasoning their salads. It’s different and brings variety to your everyday menu.

1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1 teaspoon honey (can be more depending on the ripeness of the pineapple)
salt to taste (a pinch)
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Place all ingredients, except the poppy seeds, in the blender. Blend until well mixed.
Add the poppy seeds and stir well. Place in a dressing container and serve with salads.
