This dressing is a healthy alternative for those who love seasoning their salads. It’s different and brings variety to your everyday menu.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard

  • 1 teaspoon honey (can be more depending on the ripeness of the pineapple)

  • salt to taste (a pinch)

  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Preparation Steps:

  • Place all ingredients, except the poppy seeds, in the blender. Blend until well mixed.

  • Add the poppy seeds and stir well. Place in a dressing container and serve with salads.
