This delicious dip is perfect for delighting your guests at any party or gathering. It’s quite simple to make, but we should exercise moderation with this dip since it contains large amounts of fat. It pairs perfectly with toasted bread or crackers.

  • Calories: 118 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 9 gr equivalent to 2 servings of fat

  • Grams of protein: 7 gr. equivalent to 1 serving of protein

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 1 gr.

Ingredients:

  • 240 gr cream cheese at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

  • 1 teaspoon horseradish, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 120 gr. smoked salmon, finely chopped

Preparation:

  • In a blender, beat the cream cheese until it has a smooth texture, add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix.

  • Once the desired texture of the mixture is obtained, add the salmon and stir.

  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
