This sandwich is perfect for dinner or an afternoon snack. You can vary the jam flavor and the type of ham you use.

2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon of orange jam
1 tablespoon of cream cheese with onion flavor
60 gr. of ham (turkey, chicken, or pork)
1/2 cup of spinach
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil.
Spread the jam on one slice of bread and the cream cheese on the other slice of bread.
Place the ham and spinach on one slice of bread and then place the other slice on top.
Put the sandwich in the skillet and press it with a spatula. Cook for 2 minutes or until the bread is golden, flip it, press again, and cover the skillet.
Cook for 2 more minutes and remove from heat. Cut in half and serve.
