This recipe might seem a little unusual to many, but it can be a real lifesaver when we’re craving something sweet (especially chocolate) and don’t want to cheat or stray from our diet. Very easy to make and surprisingly delicious!!

  • Calories: 63 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 1 g.

  • Grams of protein: 2 g.

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 15 g. equals 1 fruit serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation:

  • Cut the banana into slices, they can be thin or thick.

  • Place the cocoa powder in a plastic bag or on a plate. The bag makes less mess.

  • Put the banana inside the bag and shake it until all the banana is covered with cocoa powder. Remove the fruit from the bag and serve.
