This recipe might seem a little unusual to many, but it can be a real lifesaver when we're craving something sweet (especially chocolate) and don't want to cheat or stray from our diet. Very easy to make and surprisingly delicious!!
This recipe might seem a little unusual to many, but it can be a real lifesaver when we’re craving something sweet (especially chocolate) and don’t want to cheat or stray from our diet. Very easy to make and surprisingly delicious!!

Grams of carbohydrates: 15 g. equals 1 fruit serving.

1/2 banana
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Cut the banana into slices, they can be thin or thick.
Place the cocoa powder in a plastic bag or on a plate. The bag makes less mess.
Put the banana inside the bag and shake it until all the banana is covered with cocoa powder. Remove the fruit from the bag and serve.
