1 strip of pork or turkey bacon
200 gr of Chinese mustard
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
30 gr. of feta cheese cubed
2 pecans
Wash the mustard well and remove the thick stems. Cut into large pieces.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until it is crispy and golden. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
In the same skillet, place the mustard and sauté with the fat remaining from the bacon. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place the mustard on a plate and top with the bacon, pecans and cheese.
