This salad is quite simple to prepare, ideal for those who enjoy different flavors and warm salads. It contains healthy fats, lean protein and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1 strip of pork or turkey bacon

  • 200 gr of Chinese mustard

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

  • 30 gr. of feta cheese cubed

  • 2 pecans

Preparation Steps:

  • Wash the mustard well and remove the thick stems. Cut into large pieces.

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until it is crispy and golden. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain.

  • In the same skillet, place the mustard and sauté with the fat remaining from the bacon. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

  • Cut the bacon into small pieces. Place the mustard on a plate and top with the bacon, pecans and cheese.
