This delicious pizza is perfect for a simple lunch or dinner without consuming extra calories and without any guilt. Enjoy it with a salad and some fruit to make your meal more balanced.

  • Calories: 150 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 3.6 gr equals half a fat serving

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 20.5 gr equals 1 carbohydrate serving

  • Grams of protein: 9.6 gr. equals 1 protein serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 diced tomatoes (2 cups approx.)

  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

  • 60 gr. of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 60 gr. of crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 whole grain baguette cut in half (horizontally)

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • In a deep bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, and oregano.

  • In another deep bowl, combine the mozzarella and feta cheese.

  • Place the baguette halves face-up on a baking sheet. Cover each half of bread with half of the tomato mixture and half of the cheese.

  • Bake until the cheese melts and the bread becomes slightly golden. Approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Transfer to a cutting board and cut each half into 3 pieces. Serve.
