Grams of carbohydrates: 20.5 gr equals 1 carbohydrate serving

2 diced tomatoes (2 cups approx.)
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
60 gr. of shredded mozzarella cheese
60 gr. of crumbled feta cheese
1 whole grain baguette cut in half (horizontally)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a deep bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, and oregano.
In another deep bowl, combine the mozzarella and feta cheese.
Place the baguette halves face-up on a baking sheet. Cover each half of bread with half of the tomato mixture and half of the cheese.
Bake until the cheese melts and the bread becomes slightly golden. Approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut each half into 3 pieces. Serve.
