This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. You can use it as a snack since it contains fruits and dairy, plus it’s super refreshing.

1 small apple
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (blueberries)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
10 ice cubes
Place the apple, cranberries, and yogurt in the blender. Blend until everything is incorporated.
Then add the honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes. Blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve.
