This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. You can use it as a snack since it contains fruits and dairy, plus it’s super refreshing.

  • Calories: 260 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 4 gr. equivalent to 1 fat serving

  • Grams of protein: 6 gr. equivalent to 1 protein serving

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 50 gr. equivalent to 3 carbohydrate/fruit servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 small apple

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (blueberries)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 10 ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Place the apple, cranberries, and yogurt in the blender. Blend until everything is incorporated.

  • Then add the honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes. Blend again until you reach the desired consistency.

  • Serve.
