This salad perfectly combines fats, carbohydrates (fruit), and vegetables. You can enjoy it on its own or as a side dish to any meal.

Ingredients:

  • Half a head of shredded cabbage (500 gr approx.)

  • 1 pear cut into strips

  • 1 large carrot shredded

  • 115 gr. of plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of apple cider

  • 28 gr. (1oz) of sliced almonds

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • salt

Preparation:

  • Once the ingredients are cut or shredded, place the cabbage, carrot, pear, and almonds in a large deep bowl.

  • In another deep bowl, place the yogurt, apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well to make the dressing.

  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and mix well to coat everything thoroughly.

  • Serve.
