This salad is refreshing, colorful and delicious. It contains vitamin C from the orange, healthy legumes from the chickpeas and fiber from the celery. It is very simple to prepare and pairs perfectly with any dish.

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
2 oranges
2 large celery stalks cut into cubes
1 can of chickpeas, drained
In a deep bowl, combine the oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley, set aside.
Cut the oranges into segments, if any juice remains in the peel, squeeze it into the oil mixture.
Add the chickpeas, orange and celery to the deep bowl with the oil mixture. Mix everything well and you’re done!
