This smoothie is a super complete food. It contains antioxidants from blueberries, good fats from coconut and chia, and calcium from almond milk. You can enjoy it at breakfast or snack time.
Calories: 220 kcal.
Grams of fat: 12 gr. equivalent to 2 fat servings
Grams of protein: 4 gr. equivalent to half a protein serving
Grams of carbohydrate: 29 gr. equivalent to 2 carbohydrate servings

1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth texture is achieved.
The smoothie will be a bit thick; if you prefer it more liquid, add a bit more milk
