During these times of year, many families gather together to share and eat. You may have cooked turkey at one of these gatherings and had quite a bit left over. This recipe helps you use it up.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed green leaves (lettuce, spinach, mustard greens, etc.)

  • 85 g. shredded turkey meat

  • 30 g gouda cheese cut into cubes

  • 14 g pecans finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon canned cranberry sauce diluted in water

Preparation:

  • Place all green leaves on a plate.

  • Top with turkey, cheese, and pecans.

  • Drizzle the cranberry dressing over the salad.
