2 cups mixed green leaves (lettuce, spinach, mustard greens, etc.)
85 g. shredded turkey meat
30 g gouda cheese cut into cubes
14 g pecans finely chopped
1 tablespoon canned cranberry sauce diluted in water
Place all green leaves on a plate.
Top with turkey, cheese, and pecans.
Drizzle the cranberry dressing over the salad.
