1 large can of tuna in water, drained
1 egg white
30 grams of regular oats
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 burger buns or Bimbo thin bread
Spinach (to taste)
Tomato sauce (to taste)
Place the tuna, egg white, oats, celery, onion, thyme, and lemon juice in a deep bowl. Mix everything well using your hands.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil spray.
Form two identical patties with the tuna mixture. Place them in the skillet. Cook on that side for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Carefully flip and cook on the other side for approximately 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the skillet and place the patties on each of the burger buns, add spinach leaves on top and a teaspoon of tomato sauce.
Enjoy!
