1 cup small strawberries
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons chia seeds (32 gr)
2 tablespoons honey (42 gr.)
Place all ingredients in a small pot.
Bring to a boil and maintain over medium-low heat. We must maintain the boil so the sauce thickens but we must be careful that it does not burn.
Using a fork or a potato masher gently press the strawberries and seeds. Do this until there are no large pieces of fruit left.
Continue at a boil until the jam reduces and thickens, approximately 20 minutes, stirring so it does not stick.
Transfer to a jam container or any jar, and let cool in the refrigerator. Serve.
Enjoy!
