250 gr of cooked chicken breast cut into cubes
4 celery stalks cut fine
1 apple cut into cubes
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium deep plate, combine and stir the yogurt, curry, lemon juice and salt.
Then add the chicken cubes, celery and apple. Stir and check the seasoning. Serve.
