Grams of fat: 11 gr. equivalent to two servings of fat
Grams of protein: 3 gr.
Grams of carbohydrates: 30 gr. equivalent to two servings of carbohydrate/fruit.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
6 small apples, finely sliced
3 tablespoons apple or lemon juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda
Cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a deep bowl, combine the butter, oats, brown sugar, and flour. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and Splenda.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the apple mixture and top with the oat mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the apple is soft.
