This recipe is simple to make but full of flavor. It’s a healthy way to consume fish, without the need for frying or extra calories. It can be paired with steamed vegetables and a serving of mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or rice.

Approximate nutritional content: 1 fish fillet

  • Calories: 171 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 10 gr. equivalent to 2 servings of fat

  • Grams of protein: 20 gr. equivalent to 2.5 servings of protein

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 0 gr.

Note: nutritional information may vary according to the quantity and type of ingredients used.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of fish (can be cod, catfish, or corvina)

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

  • salt to taste

Steps to follow:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Separate the fish fillets and completely cover each one with the olive oil.

  • Combine in a deep dish the cumin, rosemary, pepper, and salt. Season the fish with the spices.

  • Place the fish on a baking sheet or baking dish.

  • Cook for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through.
