Calories: 171 kcal.
Grams of fat: 10 gr. equivalent to 2 servings of fat
Grams of protein: 20 gr. equivalent to 2.5 servings of protein

500 gr of fish (can be cod, catfish, or corvina)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of pepper
salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the fish fillets and completely cover each one with the olive oil.
Combine in a deep dish the cumin, rosemary, pepper, and salt. Season the fish with the spices.
Place the fish on a baking sheet or baking dish.
Cook for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked through.
