This option is perfect for an afternoon coffee with toast. It is relatively low in calories, but we should remember that most of this dish provides fat, so it should be consumed in moderation.

  • Calories: 65 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 6 gr. equals one fat serving

  • Grams of carbohydrate: 1 gr.

  • Grams of protein: 1 gr.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of asparagus

  • 180 gr of soft cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (preferably light)

  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • salt to taste

Preparation:

  • Drain the asparagus well.

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until everything is well combined.

  • Place the spread in a deep dish, cover it and refrigerate overnight.

  • Serve it with crackers or in a sandwich.
