1 can of asparagus
180 gr of soft cream cheese
1/4 cup of mayonnaise (preferably light)
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt to taste
Drain the asparagus well.
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until everything is well combined.
Place the spread in a deep dish, cover it and refrigerate overnight.
Serve it with crackers or in a sandwich.
