150 gr. of cooked quinoa (1 cup approx)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
10 sprigs fresh thyme
1/8 teaspoon salt
a pinch of feta cheese (optional)
In a deep bowl, place all ingredients except the cheese and combine them.
Serve on a plate, garnishing with feta cheese.
