Grams of fat: 10 gr. equals 2 servings of fat
Grams of carbohydrates: 50 gr. equals 2 servings of grains

1 1/4 cups of chickpeas
Cooking spray oil
3 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 small sweet potato, grated
In a deep bowl, place the chickpeas with 4 cups of water and let them soak for 12 to 24 hours. Once the time has passed, drain the water.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray cooking oil on a baking sheet.
In a food processor, place the chickpeas, tahini, pepper, baking powder, and salt. Process until the mixture is incorporated and doesn’t separate.
Transfer the mixture to a deep bowl and add the sweet potato (cooked). Mix.
Form 4 patties with the mixture and place on the baking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, remove the aluminum foil and spray the patties with cooking oil. Bake until golden (20 - 25 minutes).
Remove, flip the patties and spray with oil, bake for another 10 minutes.
