For those who love dressing their salads, here’s a healthy homemade option. You can make it in large quantities to last the whole week, this way we avoid commercial dressings full of calories.

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (white or dark)
1 1/2 tablespoon warm water
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup olive oil
In a deep bowl, mix and stir together the vinegar, water, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
While continuously stirring, slowly add the olive oil until everything is well incorporated.
