This wrap is perfect for lunch or dinner. It combines fruits, vegetables, proteins and grains making it a complete dish full of antioxidants and nutrients that are good for our health.

Grams of protein: 39 gr. equivalent to 5 servings of protein

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
a pinch of salt
1 whole wheat burrito tortilla
2 tablespoons plain or Greek yogurt
85 gr cooked and shredded chicken breast
dried basil
1/2 cup spinach
In a small pot place the blueberries, vinegar, cardamom and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
While waiting, place the yogurt in the center of the tortilla and place the chicken strips on top.
Once the blueberry mixture has boiled, mash it with a fork. Continue cooking until the mixture reduces and thickens.
Once the sauce is ready, place it on top of the chicken, sprinkle with dried basil and cover with spinach.
Close in burrito form (fold one side to the center and then the other side, then close the ends).
Serve and enjoy!!
