This recipe combines dairy (protein), healthy fats and simple carbohydrates. It’s perfect for breakfast or as a sweet treat during the week. It may contain high calorie content so consumption should be monitored carefully.

Grams of fat: 12 gr. equals 2 fat portions
Grams of carbohydrates: 16 gr. equals 1 carbohydrate portion
Grams of protein: 18 gr. equals 2.5 protein portions

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (plain)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
7 gr of finely chopped peanuts (a small handful)
1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt well with the peanut butter.
Sprinkle with the peanuts and chocolate syrup. Serve.
