Yogurt with peanut butter and chocolate

This recipe combines dairy (protein), healthy fats and simple carbohydrates. It’s perfect for breakfast or as a sweet treat during the week. It may contain high calorie content so consumption should be monitored carefully.

  • Grams of fat: 12 gr. equals 2 fat portions

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 16 gr. equals 1 carbohydrate portion

  • Grams of protein: 18 gr. equals 2.5 protein portions

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (plain)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 7 gr of finely chopped peanuts (a small handful)

  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Preparation:

  • In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt well with the peanut butter.

  • Sprinkle with the peanuts and chocolate syrup. Serve.
