Here’s a rice variation packed with vegetables that, despite being fried, is not excessively caloric. Enjoy!
Calories: 160 kcal.
Grams of protein: 3 gr.
Grams of fat: 3 gr. equivalent to half a fat serving
Grams of carbohydrates: 29 gr. equivalent to 2 starches.
Note: the nutritional content may vary according to the quantity and type of ingredients we use.
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 leek cut finely
1 large carrot cut finely
3 large cabbage leaves
2 cups of cooked rice (preferably brown)
1 cm of grated ginger root (thickness of a finger)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Heat the oil in a skillet (medium-high heat).
Sauté the leek and carrot until golden. Add the chopped cabbage and a pinch of salt. Stir.
After 1-2 minutes add the rice with the grated ginger. Stir everything very well.
Add the soy sauce (you can use the indicated amount or adjust to taste). Stir.
Remove from heat and serve.
