225 gr of dark chocolate shredded or in small pieces
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 cup of flour
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
4 eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
1/4 cup of canola oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3/4 cup of chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet or baking dish with cooking oil spray.
Melt the chocolate. Place it in a deep bowl over a pot of boiling water (without the bowl touching the water), stirring constantly.
In another deep bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda.
Separately, mix the sugar with the eggs. Add the vanilla, yogurt, and oil to this mixture. Add the melted chocolate to this mixture and stir. Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet evenly and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into 24 squares.
Enjoy!!
