3 garlic cloves (minced or ground)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper
1/2 kilogram of shrimp (approximately 26 to 30 shrimp)
Mix in a deep bowl the garlic, oil, lemon juice, honey, pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat a skillet and cook the shrimp until they are pink.
Variation: you can place the shrimp on skewers and grill them.
