This is a protein-rich and low-calorie option that is quite refreshing and very easy to make.

Approximate Nutritional Information:

  • Calories: 200 kcal.

  • Grams of fat: 3 gr.

  • Grams of protein: 34 gr.

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 10 gr.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango cut into cubes

  • 2 large strawberries

  • half a red onion cut finely

  • 5 small mint leaves chopped

  • 10 basil leaves chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 4-6 tilapia fillets, depending on the number of servings

  • salt, garlic and onion powder, dried parsley

Preparation Steps:

  • Mix the mango, strawberries, onion, mint, basil, and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

  • Season the tilapia with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.

  • Heat a skillet with cooking spray.

  • Cook the fillets approximately 4 minutes on each side.

  • Serve the tilapia with a tablespoon of the fruit mixture that was made beforehand.

This dish can be accompanied with 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes and cooked vegetables. Or side dishes of your choice.
