1 ripe mango cut into cubes
2 large strawberries
half a red onion cut finely
5 small mint leaves chopped
10 basil leaves chopped
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 pinch of salt
4-6 tilapia fillets, depending on the number of servings
salt, garlic and onion powder, dried parsley
Mix the mango, strawberries, onion, mint, basil, and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Season the tilapia with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
Heat a skillet with cooking spray.
Cook the fillets approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Serve the tilapia with a tablespoon of the fruit mixture that was made beforehand.
This dish can be accompanied with 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes and cooked vegetables. Or side dishes of your choice.
