This is a great idea to vary the way we consume fruits throughout the day. It can be made in large quantities and kept in containers to always have on hand. Super easy and delicious.

1-2 apples (can be red or yellow)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Using a knife, carefully slice the apple into very thin slices, removing the seeds.
Place on a baking sheet (use parchment paper so they don’t stick). Place them separately and not on top of each other.
In a bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle the apples with this mixture.
Bake for one hour, then using tongs lift each apple so it doesn’t stick to the paper.
Return to the oven for 1-2 hours or until well toasted and completely dry.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Enjoy!
