This is an excellent idea for combining fruit with your main dish, especially for those who tend to forget to include their fruit serving at mealtimes.

1 large boneless chicken breast
1 small pear
1 large wheat tortilla (for wrap)
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
1 handful of spinach
Cut the chicken into cubes and cook until browned in a skillet with cooking spray.
Once browned, add the pears in cubes, cook for a few minutes until they are soft and the chicken is fully cooked.
On the other hand, spread the cream cheese on the tortilla.
Place the chicken and pears on top of the tortilla with cream cheese.
Add the raw spinach and roll the tortilla. (if you don’t like spinach you can use lettuce).
This dish can be served with a portion of salad or cooked vegetables.
