This option is excellent as a pre-post workout snack or as a way to complete your daily protein intake, plus it can be great help to satisfy those cravings for something sweet!!

Nutritional Content: entire recipe

Carbohydrates: 19 gr equals 1 carb/dairy serving
Protein: 43 gr equals 7 protein servings
Fat: 5 gr equals 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (170 gr) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder (this can be adjusted according to each person’s plan)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, can also be fresh
  • 5 gr cacao nibs

Preparation:

  • Mix the yogurt with the protein powder in a bowl until everything is incorporated and you obtain a smooth texture
  • Add the blueberries and stir.
  • Sprinkle the cacao nibs over the yogurt mixture
