This recipe is perfect for snack time or even breakfast. It’s rich in antioxidants that can help you look radiant and younger!!! Try it, it’s refreshing and delicious!!

Grams of fat: 6 gr.
Grams of protein: 14 gr.
Grams of carbohydrates: 24 gr.

Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed berries of your choice (strawberries, blackberries, cherries, blueberries)
1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt (flavored or plain)
14 gr of almonds (a small handful)
1/2 teaspoon of honey
Variations: you can also use banana, peanuts, granola or mango.
In a bowl or tall glass, place ingredients one by one creating layers. For example: first the fruit, then the yogurt with honey and lastly the almonds.
The idea is for you to use your creativity and create a fresh and fun dish.
