Here’s a recipe using Quinoa for you to try!!! I hope you like it since this food is super complete!
Calories: 305 kcal.
Fat grams: 7 gr.
Protein grams: 14 gr.
Carbohydrate grams: 50 gr.
note: nutritional information may vary depending on the quantities and types of ingredients used.
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
pinch of salt
10 bocconcini (small mozzarella cheese balls)
30 basil leaves
15 cherry tomatoes
Put the quinoa, water, vinegar, honey and salt in a small pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the temperature and cover the pot until all the liquid evaporates (approximately 20 minutes)
Cut the basil leaves, tomatoes and cheese.
Remove the quinoa from heat (it will be sticky from the honey), and place it on a plate
Add the other ingredients together with the quinoa and stir.
