This can be a great option to incorporate soy products into our diet.

Approximate Nutritional Information:

  • Calories: 170 kcal per small pancake (10 cm diameter)

  • Grams of fat: 2 g

  • Grams of protein: 4 g

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 36 g

Note: The nutritional information may vary depending on the quantity and type of ingredients used.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of commercial pancake mix

  • 3/4 cup of vanilla-flavored soy milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup of peeled apples, cut into cubes

Preparation:

  • Mix the pancake mix, soy milk, and cinnamon in a deep bowl until well combined.

  • Add the diced apples to the mixture.

  • Place one tablespoon of mixture in a skillet with cooking spray oil.

  • Cook as indicated on the pancake mix box.

This recipe makes 8-9 pancakes of 10 cm diameter.

Instead of using maple syrup with the pancake, you can make a sauce based on soy yogurt and any fruit of your preference.
