1 cup of commercial pancake mix
3/4 cup of vanilla-flavored soy milk
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/3 cup of peeled apples, cut into cubes
Mix the pancake mix, soy milk, and cinnamon in a deep bowl until well combined.
Add the diced apples to the mixture.
Place one tablespoon of mixture in a skillet with cooking spray oil.
Cook as indicated on the pancake mix box.
This recipe makes 8-9 pancakes of 10 cm diameter.
Instead of using maple syrup with the pancake, you can make a sauce based on soy yogurt and any fruit of your preference.
