Grams of protein: 7 gr. equivalent to one protein serving
Grams of fat: 6 gr.
Grams of carbohydrates: 17 gr. equivalent to one grain serving
2 jalapeño peppers finely sliced, without seeds (approximately 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 kiwis peeled and cut into cubes
salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
20 shrimp (can be jumbo or smaller)
1 teaspoon canola, sunflower, or sesame oil
Mix the jalapeños with the lime juice, add the kiwi, salt to taste, and cilantro. Mix everything well.
Season the shrimp with a little salt.
Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Place the shrimp and cook until they are pinkish (approximately 3 minutes).
Remove from heat, place on a plate, and top with the kiwi mixture.
Can be served with baked potatoes or vegetables. If you don’t like spicy or jalapeño peppers, you can substitute with green sweet pepper.
