Calories: 150 kcal.
Grams of protein: 14 gr, equivalent to 2 proteins.
Grams of carbohydrates: 22 gr, equivalent to 1 1/2 servings of grain
Grams of fat: 1 gr.
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt (1/8 teaspoon)
2 large ripe bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a deep bowl mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl add the mashed banana, applesauce, vanilla, honey, molasses, and egg. Beat by hand until well combined and fluffy.
Spray cooking oil on two loaf pans (the rectangular and narrow ones).
Add the dry ingredients (flour mixture) to the wet ingredients (banana mixture), stir until well combined.
Pour half of the mixture into one pan and the rest into the other. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, and turn out onto a plate.
