This is a very simple Asian-style recipe. It's a way to use other parts of the chicken besides boneless breasts. If you're watching your figure, you can use skinless chicken or make it with chicken strips instead of thighs and use Splenda instead of brown sugar.

Grams of fat: 5g equals 1 fat serving
Grams of protein: 7 g. equals 1 protein serving
Grams of carbohydrates: 30 g. equals 2 grains
6 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Clean the chicken thighs well, place them in a deep dish, spray them with the sesame seeds and oil (they should be completely covered).
Mix well the rest of the ingredients in another deep dish.
Add that mixture of ingredients to the chicken until all the thighs are well coated.
Place the thighs on a baking sheet (skin side up), bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the inside is no longer pink.
