Calories for the entire recipe: 150 kcal.
Grams of fat: 5 gr.
Grams of protein: 5 gr
1 large zucchini sliced into rounds
1/2 cup natural tomato sauce (pomi, cirio or roma)
Garlic and onion powder
Italian seasoning (badia) or complete seasoning
Salt and pepper
30 gr. grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 slices of turkey ham
Cook the zucchini in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes (it should remain firm).
Place aluminum foil with cooking spray on a small baking tray.
Mix the mozzarella cheese, parmesan and ham cut into cubes in a deep dish.
Mix the natural tomato sauce with garlic and onion powder, complete seasoning, salt and pepper.
Place the zucchini rounds on the tray and then put 1 teaspoon of the prepared tomato sauce on each one.
Top each zucchini with an equal amount of the cheese and ham mixture.
Cook in a small oven for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
