Banana and Oat Cookies (Sugar-Free, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free, and Flour-Free)

This recipe is perfect for people watching their figure, as it contains no table sugar, and it’s specially formulated for people who are allergic or intolerant to lactose.

  • Calories per cookie: 40 kcal

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 7 gr.

  • Grams of protein: 1 gr.

  • Grams of fat: 0.5 gr.

Note: Nutritional information will vary depending on the quantity and type of ingredients used.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups regular oats

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup applesauce or 2 jars of baby food applesauce

  • 1/3 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup sliced toasted walnuts

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps to Follow:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Mix vanilla and cinnamon with the applesauce

  • Add all remaining ingredients to the applesauce mixture and let rest for 10 minutes

  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, take a tablespoon of cookie mixture and place on the sheet in a flat, round shape, repeat with the remaining mixture

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes approximately or until golden brown

  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then place on a plate

This recipe yields approximately 16 cookies.
