A healthy way to cook is using a slow cooker—we rarely remember it, but it’s truly a cooking method that uses little fat and leaves food delicious.
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
10 gr. of fresh grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/3 cup flour
900 gr of diced beef
Place all ingredients except the meat in the slow cooker and stir well.
Add the meat to the mixture and cover it well with the sauce.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
