A healthy way to cook is using a slow cooker—we rarely remember it, but it’s truly a cooking method that uses little fat and leaves food delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon molasses

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 10 gr. of fresh grated ginger

  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 900 gr of diced beef

Preparation:

  • Place all ingredients except the meat in the slow cooker and stir well.

  • Add the meat to the mixture and cover it well with the sauce.

  • Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
