1 1/2 cup skim milk
45 gr dark chocolate, shredded
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
2 teaspoons sugar
In a small pot, bring the milk to a boil (over medium heat).
Remove the milk from heat, and add and stir (mix) constantly for one minute the remaining ingredients.
Variations: if you prefer, you can use cinnamon, ginger, or for the adventurous, chili instead of mint.
