An easy-to-make recipe that’s perfect when you don’t have much time to cook for lunch or dinner.

  • Grams of protein: 15 gr. equals 2 protein servings

  • Grams of carbohydrates: 25 gr. equals 1.5 grain servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 portion of Bimbo thins bread

  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves

  • 1/2 pear, sliced

  • 60 gr turkey ham (2-3 slices)

  • 1/2 tablespoon light jelly (flavor of your choice)

Preparation:

  • Toast the bread.

  • Spread the cream cheese on one slice of bread, then layer the spinach, pear, and ham on top.

  • Spread the jelly on the other slice of bread and assemble the sandwich. Done!
